At ARCA Real Estate Investments Inc. we are always looking for quality investment properties that have the potential to generate positive cash flow. We will consider any property, any size and in any location. As investors we will review the property and analyze the numbers to determine a fair market price and may then purchase your property for our own portfolio or assign it (sell) to one of our many other investors with whom we are affiliated.

In order for us to accurately analyze your property we require the following:

* property description
* location of property
* zoning of property
* complete financial statements for the last 2 years including ALL
* income and expenses.
